MEDIA Registration
- Once you register for a media pass, the Organizing Committee’s PR Team will notify you by email regarding the approval status.
- If the applicant cannot be verified as a legitimate media outlet (including individual media creators) or
is determined to have no relevant connection to the industry, the application may unfortunately be declined.
- After approval, please visit the designated Media Desk in the venue lobby to collect your media pass. (*Business card or press ID required)

Collecting personal information is for following purposes:
- the introduction of World Hydrogen Expo / H2 MEET
- membership services such as complaint handling
- delivery of advertisement and events schedule

For registration, consultation, service applications, the following information is collected:
-Name, company name, company website, company address, fax number, phone number, e-mail, access logs, cookies, IP information, etc. - ■ Duration of retention of personal data
- - Personal data will not be kept longer than that is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it is collected.
